A. Modern bonsai have the design and presence of real bonsai, but you cannot enjoy daily changes such as growth or seasonal transitions. On the other hand, you can enjoy a stable beauty for a long time.
Q. How long does it last?
A. When used indoors, it can generally maintain its beautiful appearance semi-permanently. Placing it under direct sunlight for long periods may cause fading, so it is recommended to avoid that.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Because each piece is handmade, it takes about 5 days to ship after purchase. If you are in a hurry, please note this in the remarks section when purchasing. We will accommodate your request as much as possible.
Q. Is it possible to place a custom order?
A. Yes. Please check the Service section for details. We will adjust based on your preferences, including price and delivery time.
Q. Is a limited-time rental available?
A. Yes. Please check the Service section for details. We offer two rental plans: 1 week and 1 month.
Q. Is gift wrapping available?
A. Yes. You can select wrapping on the order screen. We also provide the creation of name tags for celebratory flowers, so please feel free to contact us if you wish to request it.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Yes. Currently, we ship to about 10 countries, mainly in Europe, North America, and East Asia, and we plan to expand the countries covered in the future. If you wish to ship to regions not currently supported, please feel free to contact us.
