Sales Price:
The sales price shall be the amount displayed on the product page (including Japanese consumption tax).
In addition to the product price, shipping fees and other handling charges may apply. Please check each product page, the payment method selection page, and the order confirmation page for details.
For international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged separately in accordance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Such costs shall be borne by the customer and may be collected directly by the courier or customs authority.

Payment will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Return and Exchange Policy:
We take the utmost care to ensure product quality. However, if the product is defective or if an item different from your order is delivered, please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
In such cases, please return the item to us via a trackable shipping method (postage due will not be accepted unless otherwise agreed). Once the returned product is received, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. (If a replacement is not available, a refund will be provided.)
Please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations after 6 days from the date of delivery, even in the above cases. Kindly check your order promptly upon receipt.
Cancellations, changes, or returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted once payment has been completed.
If a cancellation is requested after payment, the following fees will apply:

Cancellation fee: 10% of the product price

Administrative fee: JPY 3,000

Shipping and return shipping costs: Actual costs incurred (vary by region)
The above amounts will be deducted from the refund.
Please also note that if a returned product is damaged during return shipping and cannot be resold, no refund will be issued. Customers are requested to take sufficient care in packaging when returning items.
For international shipping, there is a possibility of damage, loss, or delivery delays during transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
Delivery of Products:
For regular products, orders will be shipped once payment has been confirmed and items are ready for dispatch.
If you would like to specify a delivery date, please indicate your preferred date in the order notes.
For pre-order or made-to-order products, please refer to the estimated shipping schedule indicated on each product page.
Please note that cancellations for pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be accepted once the order has been placed.
For international shipments, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions. We cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to such delays.
