Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 [Definitions]

“These Terms”: The Store Terms of Service.
“We/Us/Our”: The operator of this online store.
“This Service”: The e-commerce service provided by us via the Internet.
“Purchaser”: A person who applies to purchase products after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the procedures prescribed by us.
“User”: A person who searches, browses, or otherwise uses the images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, and other information (hereinafter, “Content”) provided by us through this Service, after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Article 2 [Application of Terms]
These Terms shall apply to the use of this Service provided by us via the Internet. By using this Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 3 [Amendment of Terms]
We may amend these Terms within the scope of the purpose of this Service, if we deem it necessary. If a User or Purchaser uses this Service after the Terms have been amended, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Chapter 2: Purchase of Products

Article 4 [Purchase of Products]

Users may purchase products from us through this Service.
Users who wish to purchase products shall apply to purchase them in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by us.
When the User clicks the confirmation button after reviewing the delivery address, order details, and other information entered/registered, and when the order confirmation email is delivered from us to the User, a sales contract for the relevant product shall be deemed concluded between the User and us.
Notwithstanding the above, if fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is found in connection with the use of this Service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
Minors must obtain the prior consent of a legal guardian before purchasing products through this Service.
For international shipping, the Purchaser shall be subject to import regulations and customs clearance procedures in their country of residence. Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees, if any, shall be borne entirely by the Purchaser.

Article 5 [Changes to Registration Information]
If there is any change to the name, address, or other information provided at the time of purchase, the Purchaser must promptly notify us. Even if changes are registered, transactions already processed prior to the change will be carried out based on the information registered before the change.

Article 6 [Payment Methods]

The payment amount for products shall be the sum of the sales price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping charges, and handling fees.
Payment for products purchased through this Service shall be limited to the payment methods specified by us.
If payment is made by credit card, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions of a separate agreement with the credit card company. Any dispute arising in connection with credit card use shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the credit card company.
If another designated payment method is used, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider. Any dispute arising in connection with such payment method shall be resolved between the Purchaser and the payment service provider.
For purchases made from overseas, the Purchaser shall bear full responsibility for payment of customs duties, import taxes, and any other incidental charges imposed in their country.

Article 7 [Returns of Products]
We will handle returns of products in accordance with the “Return Policy” stated in the [Legal Notice / Information under Japanese Law].
For international shipments, returns or exchanges due to customer convenience cannot be accepted in principle. However, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will handle the matter in accordance with conditions separately specified by us.

Chapter 3: Handling of Personal Information

We will handle personal information in accordance with our separately defined Privacy Policy.

Chapter 4: Responsibilities of Users

Article 9 [Prohibited Conduct]
Users and Purchasers shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service:

Acts that cause or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other users, third parties, or us.
Acts that infringe or may infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, moral rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties or us.
Acts that are contrary to public order and morals or acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
Use of Content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of private use.
Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, or disclosing Content obtained through this Service, either directly or through third parties, as well as acts similar to these.
Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service or other services provided by us.
Acts that damage or defame our credibility, or acts that we reasonably deem inappropriate.
Any other acts that we judge to be inappropriate.

Chapter 5: Disclaimers

Article 10 [Disclaimer]

We shall not be liable for any damage caused to third parties as a result of a User or Purchaser violating these Terms.
We make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, certainty, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of this Service or the information Users or Purchasers may obtain through this Service.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or Purchasers arising from the use of this Service, and we shall have no obligation to compensate for such damages. However, if the contract between us and the User or Purchaser based on these Terms constitutes a “Consumer Contract” under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, provisions that completely exempt us from liability shall not apply. In such cases, if we are liable for damages due to non-performance of obligations or tort, our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us under these Terms during the one-year period preceding the occurrence of such damages, unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If the Purchaser neglects or refuses to receive the product, is unable to receive it due to long absence, an unknown delivery address, or other reasons attributable to the Purchaser, our obligation to deliver the product shall be deemed fulfilled by contacting the Purchaser at the registered contact information and delivering or attempting delivery to the specified address.
For international shipments, we shall not be liable for delays, additional costs, or any damage or loss during transportation caused by customs clearance procedures or local delivery conditions.

Chapter 6: Miscellaneous

Article 11 [Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights]
All Content provided through this Service belongs exclusively to us or third parties holding legitimate rights. In the event that any problem arises between a User or Purchaser and a third party due to a violation of this Article, the User or Purchaser shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause us any damage, loss, or disadvantage.

Article 12 [Governing Law]
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction]
Any matters not stipulated in these Terms or any doubts arising regarding the interpretation of these Terms shall be resolved promptly through good faith consultation between the User or Purchaser and us. All disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court of Japan in the first instance.
